Help A few questions

Wanting some input/assistance on a couple things, live within the UK

I've put in an order for SN though for greater success chance it requires additional materials, how easy are these to acquire & what are the approximate chances SN works solo vs with the extra stuff

My alternate methodology I've considered is a bit more grim, I assume it would be fatal but figure I'd toss the question here also, I had intended to lay my neck on train tracks, I'm assuming this will either remove my head or crush the spine when ran over by a train, wondering if this idea is somehow flawed.

Any information or thoughts are appreciated on either of the above things

SN is just as lethal without following the detailed protocol with meds, fasting, etc. All of that is to lessen side effects, make it less shitty, make it work faster.

the anti emetic is used for keeping it longer in you giving you more time to ingest, however you will still throw up no matter what
antacids can also be used to ingest it faster, if taken with anti emetic you will have more time and also ingest faster, giving you higher chance of death
fasting is highly recommended so that when you do throw up, the vomit will rather almost be like spit not messy since you only have the SN water in you, but also because it speeds up digestion (just like how you get drunk faster when you drink on an empty stomach)
pain killers are used to combat the slight pain that comes with SN, such as headaches and stomachaches, but its already bearable enough imo
relaxing/sedating pills like benzos are used to calm you down and lower your SI

its very possible to rawdog SN, someone even did it with success recently. my advice is to still do the fasting part, also prepare 2 or 3 drinks of SN instead of 1, take another one if you throw up

While nice, I was looking for where or how to acquire these additional things, not what they do. Fasting and pain killers are a given as one is just a simple non action the other is just over the counter.

Do you have any of the additional medicines, or are you starting from scratch? Metoclopramide can probably be easily gotten from your GP if you mention nausea etc with migraines. Benzos might be a little more difficult, comparatively. You can probably get a small amount of them if you lie about taking a flight or some other kind of thing that would make the average person nervous.

I have literally nothing, even the SN isn't confirmed yet as only the order has been accepted and not delivered, I also currently am not registered to a GP

as @spero_meliora mentioned, meto is the best AE you can get your hands on. if you aren't able to get it the best OTC AE is dramamine, which you can find on amazon

Yeah, but Dramamine is only a half-assed alternative. It's for motion sickness, so whether it works/how well it works on this type of gastro upset is anyone's guess. And I don't believe it speeds gastric emptying, which is really the most important function of meto when taking SN. I only ever mention it because the PPH mentions it as an otc alternative to meto. Honestly, I wouldn't expect much from it. Definitely have a 2nd prepared cup ready to go.

Yeah, assuming it arrives I was expecting to prepare 3, though it's my backup atm as I think train seems more reliable

Sadly there is a thing called "cow catcher" or "train fender" that your neck CANNOT fit under and it's in front of the train, it truly pisses me off, but you will have to find a train that stopped moving and then you can let the train wheels slice your neck by going to the part behind the fender/cow catcher and wait for the train to start moving again. I hate when they make it harder to kill myself because I was literally going for that method...

That's unexpected information, that makes things more difficult by a lot, I've never seen anything like that on a commercial train in this country, I guess the speed of the train would be sufficient to do substantial spinal or cranial damage so it may still be viable for me, I hope

Yeah istg i hate when they add that infront of the train it just makes it worse for us, I literally thought it would be an easy method of decapitation
