Hello there this is my first time posting in this section, I had a lot of suicide thoughts back then I mean like 4 years ago I still have them but in less quantity I am posting here since I wanna to get better for my mom and the cats we have I don't even wanna do it for me it's mostly for them so yeah hopefully I can do that.

It also helps me to post here cause the thoughts don't pile up and get stronger if I let them out like that regularly without judgement, it's comforting to know there's others like you and interact with them
