First thread! AE concerns

So my SN is comming in the mail soon (or I hope so) but I have no idea how to get Meto or similar...
Going to the doctor is not an option as I've been in the hospital for suicidal ideation 11 times (one of them for 2 weeks) so the moment they get somewhat suspicious I'm DONE.
Do I rawdog it? Do I try other methods to try not to throw up? Is it possible to just keep drinking SN if I throw up? PPH says to give up if you throw up though.

For reference, I'm in Spain.

Don't try to drink it raw, man. You'll throw up later. I really want to help you But i can't acquire meto too, so instead i substitute it with domperidone. Have you tried to hid the SN then visit a doctor, complain about the urge to vomit or gags after eating and say that you just want something to ease it up. Honestly, it's the only advice i can think of

Just lie to your doctor that you have nauseating migraines and he should prescribe you meto. That's how I acquired mine. If your doctor refuses to prescribe it, go to another one.
