Times when I'm feeling very suicidal i feel my thoughts rushing through my head, what exactly is causing me pain and making it hard to live my life. It feels so strong but when it comes time to finally express how I feel for example writing on a forum, in a diary or trying to explain to a psychologist it all feels so much harder

Especially with a psychologist cause when I'm asked questions it feels like all my experiences are put into a checkbox of classic symptoms, if often feels like I'm the only one that can understand my issues and that I'm alone in them which is not true but no matter what I can't seem to express how bad it feels and how much it makes my heart hurt without explicitly saying I want to CTB

I've got the same problem with expressing my feelings in general, it's so hard to explain how you feel with words. You feel it so strongly yet when the time comes to explain it you talk as if you have no idea what you're talking about. I've found that when ur mind is rushing and you have all those strong feelings it's best to write them down immediately. Doesn't have to be structured just write down the thoughts as the come up It also sorta helps with venting.
