finally received my SN, but its hard and clumpy.. should i still use it?

after waiting over 40 days, my SN finally arrived from Ukraine. I got my meto a few weeks ago so now I have both SN and meto.

The SN came in a little vaccum sealed bag. and its split into a few hard chunks.






The chunks feel really hard and dense. Like you know sugar that's been sitting there for too long and it clump together and is really hard.

But I squeezed it really hard and I was able to break it back into smooth grains of the salt, so now it has been de-clumped.






Going by its looks it is slightly yellow (may not see that in the photos) so thats a good sign from what Ive heard. but the fact that it came clumped and hard has me a little worried, is that supposed to happen or does it mean air and moisture got into it? Should I use this one or order another one from a different source?

if you have SN right now do you have hard clumps too?

i just ordered another one on ebay, different source. when it comes im gonna compare it to this one and see if its clumpy again. also the one i have now looks really unprofessionally packaged, the one i ordered on ebay just now says it come sin a HDPE container which sounds better.

its only another $18 so its not a big deal. i just want peace of mind that what i have is legit

yeah mine has the texture of kitchen salt too, i'd say the grains are just slightly slightly bigger. but mine is yellow tinged though so im not worried about that. im just worried about the clumps

Mine is not. But I think it says it has an anti-caking component to it. I wonder if yours just does not have that and so it clumps.

Yours is food grade but temperature changes and long delivery time can cause it to clump. Product is still 99% SN just needs to be broken up. Yours is packaged well but your second option is the best vendor for SN on the market. You chose well.

The package seems pretty cheap and doesnt write anywhere the purity...
