Story Finally hit me all at once

It just hit me all at once, my birthday is in a few weeks and it'll be the first birthday I spend alone . I've been thinking of plans and steps to prep but never actually started anything.

I'm thinking if it really ends up like that then might as well put some steps into actions.

I wish you a happy birthday in advance

I know how it feels to be alone on your birthday. I used to get so mad when I saw hundreds of facebook wishes on someone's profile on their birthday and just a few on mine. Felt like I don't matter that much and I don't think I do anyway.

I still hope that you will have a decent birthday. Do want gives you peace.

Best of wishes in advance. It used to bug me for years that I'm always alone on that day. Usually no one will rmemeber unless I remind them myself (which I refuse to do nowadays).
It does have advantages, though. You aren't required to do anything at all that day. On the other hand you are free to do whatever you want! :D

This year I bought a can of my favourite energy drink and a tiny cake with a single candle. It looked cute. It tasted nice. And I didn't have to share xD

Doesn't change the fact though that everything else sucks....

I hate my birthday and I'm always alone too. I hate all these parties like New year's eve and all these non-events. In the end, it's just a date on a calendar and the universe doesn't give a shit about it. But I send you hugs
