Most recent times I tried to bring myself to do it I was in my pajamas and ate steak. I have fantasies of finding a unvisited, off the path spot along a neraby river and drifting off to the breeze and the sounds of chirping birds and all that sentimental garbage, but that's so time of year and weather dependent that I don't expect the stars to align when I finally get the nerve to go. I'll probably actually be in my bed that I made specifically for that purpose.

(This is rather silly of me but when I saw this thread pop up again with Rose's icon I was instantly overcome with an unrealistic hope that she'd somehow returned to us. )

As for an outfit, I wouldn't want to wear anything excessive since I'm sure that my potential method (SN) would make clothing uncomfortable due to the excessive sweating/nausea that would occur. I might even just wear pajamas... I'd prioritize comfort above all else. That said, I would still be insecure about the appearance of my corpse and thus am currently taking active measures to lose weight for that very reason.

i think i'm gonna rent a tuxedo for my grand exit. although i dont think they'll want it back, lol.
gonna go to a nice fancy restaurant and have a nice big meal, maybe surf & turf, a couple of martinis.
even buy a round at the bar. who gives a fuck, just my credit card. haha lol.
maybe even park in a no parking zone just to get a f'ing parking ticket and rip it up!

or the dirty grunge barefoot thing (favourite calvins / the jeans my boyf wore when he ctb'd and a plain t).
won't eat (narcotics only) if i do a hotel room i will do drugs* (gun too messy.. have had to do cleanup) but if i do the park would dig to tie myself to a tall tree branch and leap into the next life.
* can't seem to get O.D right on my drug of choice so this method is tricky for me!?
advice on methodology is why i'm here?

The times I tried to ctb I was wearing a shirt and necktie and had some pizza before ctb.

I would like to do that again if I ever ctb!

i want to watch the sun rise, play with my dogs, eat something that i enjoy (only a small amount due to my method) i will wear comfy warm clothes since they will strip me after i'm dead anyway maybe some makeup, listen to music, drink my beverage and lie down and wait to die.

I doubt I'll do anything special. My mind will be preoccupied with other things, as it usually is. The death will be a trivial factoid in comparison.

Visit a pet store and pet some kittens. Go to a restaurant and eat some nice expensive sushi . And then after home to a slice of cheese cake from the cheese cake factory. I wouldn't eat too much though. Don't wanna be stuffed while I CTB. Watch a few episodes of sailor moon since it was my fav show during childhood before things went to shit. Also Mulan and Pocahontas, can't forget my fave disney movies. Get a bit tipsy off some hard mikes lemonade(i never drink so i'm a huge light weight). Then slip into some sweat pants and a big comfy hoodie. No socks or shoes. Don't want to feel too constrained. Finally play some clams casino music in the background to end the day off as well as me.
