With all the fent analogues most "heroin" on the east coast or Canada is fentanyl or an analogue of fentanyl. Black tar heroin usually doesn't have fentanyl in it.
Still lots of h powder on the streets in florida...along with some fent. with all the cutting going on, i feel more comfortable with big pharma synthetic opioids these days.
