Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

In 2019, nearly 50,000 people in the United States died from opioid-involved overdoses. The misuse of and addiction to opioids—including prescription pain relievers, heroin, and synthetic opioids such as fentanyl—is a serious national crisis that affects public health as well as social and economic welfare
a question, what would be the effect of an od of f in patch? would one fall asleep directly? or painful convultions? I said to myself that maybe the effect will be so intense that we will not feel any pain ... if people have opinions to give on the subject, it would be interesting to know
I wouldn't OD on a patch, you need to extract the substance from the patch first. Then you can swallow/snort/inject it. Those patches are designed to work steadily over three days. You could heat the patch while wearing it, which makes it absorb faster, but it's way more reliable to just extract it.

If your aim is to overdose on fentanyl and you have the patches with the gel inside, it would be quicker and more effective to cut the patches open and place the gel contents under your tongue. The way the patches work when used normally isn't as simple as the drug crossing over the skin into the bloodstream. The drug crosses the skin and then builds up in the subcutaneous fat layer, which builds a reservoir of the drug, and it is slowly metabolized from there. By placing the gel under your tongue, you are giving it a quicker route into your bloodstream.
Note that this only applies to the patches with gel inside. If they're the other type of patches where the drug is contained within the plastic matrix, the quickest way to get the fent to dump into the bloodstream might be to place a heating pad on top of the area where you've stuck the patches. This can dramatically speed up release of the medication

thanks for that info, apparently a few 100mcg patches stuck on the skin warming them in some way does the job. I'm talking about patches without the liquid, is it more effective to chew the patches in the mouth? I do not know...
addicts chew them to release faster, and plenty of people on reddit.com/r/opiates have mentioned nearly ODing just from chewing them briefly, they have to be careful to take it out before they OD.
This is a method I think of often. I know someone who died of a fentanyl overdose only a few months ago. They had overdosed before but the people they were with always had narcan on them and always revived them.
Sometimes I think about getting in touch with the people they knew who did drugs with them.
i thought this might be a good idea at first but those patches are crazy expensive. like 50 euros for 1, and you would want several at least. still much cheaper than n but.. not very well documented at all.

I think the biggest problem is attainability; it's extremely hard to get. It's not available on the dark web at all apparently. Unless you know someone in person the chance of you getting your hands on it are slim.
You have to think; if it was that simple everyone would do it, hence why people go for SN although N is better. It's because it's easier to obtain.
I can get fent patches but they are not gel type, they are matrix type made specifically to prevent smoking or chewing on them.
I have read reports where person died from 10-15 fentanyl patches but it will take more than 24 hours.
It's not ideal.
it's just like regular internet.. if you dont go looking for something, it's not gonna pop out at you out of nowhere. you can dm me about it if you want.

Oh good to know thank you. I will DM thanks. I heard some awful things about someone running into like, you know, the worst stuff on the dark web, this was like 11 years ago though, so I was always avoidant of it since then.
What I m'n planning on doing, is instead of fentanyl use a research chemicals opioid. I already ordered one called Etonitazepipne which is also active in the micrograms. I think 2-3mg should be enough for CBT, but I'm going to spread out more (like 5mg in 10 intranasal administrations) to feel a little good when I do pass. It's legal, easy to get, cheap (500mg was about €50), and effective.
kind of struggling with where to do it and what I should leave behind in a note but I'll figure it out.
