It's too unreliable for many reasons unfortunately. It was my first choice for a while, but it has a terrible risk/reliability profile, and I decided against it.
The main issues I found
- diluted / cut doses on street or dark web
- significant variations in degree of respiratory depression between different people
- risk to be found and resuscitated with naloxone
- high risk for significant brain injury if failed
- nausea/vomiting (oral route)
- unable to inject the substantial bulk of adulterated product needed to maximize OD before passing out (IV route)
It's just a bad choice overall with a very low success rate. You're way more likely to hurt yourself than die. Too bad, because it would be painless. It's place is more for end of life when the patient is receiving multiple increased dosing daily over time until eventually they pass away
