Razor won't be sharp enough, and the angle would be too difficult to achieve. If you do manage to cut deep enough in one swipe, which would be unlikely given the adipose tissue and the musculature of the sternocleidomastoid, you'd most likely perforate the trachea. Not an ideal death, and unlikely to be successful. Would take an extremely sharp tool specialized for slicing through thick material, and you likely don't have that on hand.

Very unlikely to work. Considering you'd do it out of impulse you will definitely miss the area you need to target and it will just be pointless and painful

I am sorry that you're going through this. I know how impossible it can feel to push through. Impulse is never the way to go, if success is what you wish. I hope that things ease for you, at least a little

SI, unless you're in an extreme manic episode, I don't see how this is possible to overcome at all, and I assume you're not in that headspace. If you did manage to cut, then you're likely just gonna injure yourself, end up in the ER, and be involuntarily admitted.

This method requires precision, some knowledge on where + how deep to cut, and a completely removed mental state really only possible via hardcore drug psychosis or a severe mental episode.

It's not a method, you're just gonna end up in a lot of pain.

as others have said, do NOT attempt this.. first of all you don't want to attempt it in a nonchalant cavalier attitude like "meh might try CTB here maybe, maybe not"..

but if you even attempted and were perfectly fine afterwards you would have life-long permanent scars on your neck and you would have to explain to every one through your whole life how those scars got there.. do not do that to your self..
