I was one step away from grabbing a knife from my kitchen, but I was caught and had to make an excuse and go back to my room. I was in my head with an impulse that told me I should try to cut my entire lip with that knife. I'm feeling somewhat disturbed, both by some unpleasant and triggering things my boyfriend asked me yesterday, as well as other things that bring me insecurity and make me feel like they jeopardize my worth in any environment.
