I plan to use some insulin for a CTB attempt but if it fails I fear the police will do me for Theft or something.

The insulin I'm going to use has been left in the fridge for over a year now where I live by my sister who's it is and she is now living permanently in another city so I am not placing her in any immediate danger by using the insulin.

Would it be bad of me to use this insulin and would the police do me for theft if I somehow survived CTB'ing with it?

It's not theft if it's been left in your fridge. I'm not a police person but am 99 per cent sure the police won't be fussed about the insulin.
