Not sure if it qualifies, but "We Fly So Close" by Phil Collins is on my playlist for whenever I get hit really hard with a depressive mood. Its about life regrets, and how close we come to destroying ourselves on a near constant basis. I'm sure the song had something to do with his marriage breakup at the time as well, but I always listen to it from an 'unfulfilled life' perspective.
I hate Kyle Sprat suicide note. I am not choosing death because I can't picture myself as a grown man. Whatever the fuck that means.

I could list a few, but I've always found this one in particular to be quite a tuneful & sorrowful thing.
As an aside, what about the silliness of anti-suicide songs? Take this one for instance. I mean, is Maynard really this clueless? I like the song and the album as a whole is quite good, but it's always made me roll my eyes a bit. Come to think of it, a lot of even Tool's songs basically boiled down to. "Hey you! Depressed, addicted person who's in pain! Fuck you! Worthless piece of shit!" (eg. Swamp song) Then again, I never really got in to Tool that much, so maybe it's just me painting broad strokes.

I'm planning on when i'm about to ctb is just listen Pink Floyd's The Wall album and then when the final song stops playing it's basically the cue to deck the halls with my brain.
