fast and effective way to ctb by otc meds/some prescribed meds

i want to ctb soon but i need to make sure it works, OD is my preferred method but i can't be bothered to illicitly obtain some of the common prescription meds, what are some OTC meds you can get at a pharmacy, and i'll give a list of the meds i have prescribed if those would be any better:

- adderall
- fluoxetine
- olanzapine
- propranolol
- other random blood pressure meds and various vitamins but i doubt that's helpful

It depends where you are and what resources you have. In the US fentanyl is fairly readily available. In south/central America N can be found if you know where to look. Elsewhere it's a lot more hit and miss and you may need to use darknet markets to access anything peaceful and reliable enough.

yeah i've been doing more research and i was way in over my head with just otc meds lol
