They were brave. There's nothing that takes more courage than rationally putting an end to your own life. And there's nothing more painful than living a life of chronic misery and unhappiness. I'm just glad OP doesn't have to suffer anymore. The world is such an unfair place for us to live in. I wish there was some noble justification for why we have to suffer.

I'm just glad OP doesn't have to suffer anymore. The world is such an unfair place for us to live in. I wish there was some noble justification for why we have to suffer.

I think there is some version to it but then it would bring us to discussions about religion related things and I am not a fan of religions but i believe there is some truth in them. Not all suffering is noble. Not all suffering is justified but there is a retribution for suffering meaning it is not without a compensation. Same way if someone hurt someone and then they sued them and will get compensated for it. I want to say there is justice in it but that doesnt make the suffering justified. Suffering happens but it has a price in a positive way. That cant be seen or earned necessarily in life through karma. It will happen after we are back again to life but not through reincarnation
