Today's the day.
I've got all the equipment i'll need.
Been looking forward to this for a while now.
Guess i always knew that this was inevitable.

Just wanna stop by and say my goodbye. I first stumbled upon SaSu around 3 years ago, and made an account but was mostly a lurker back then.
Everyone i've talked to or interacted with here has been nothing but warm and friendly, a community as non-judgemental as this is a rare sight.

My name is Sahar, i'm 19. And i'll be using a helium exit bag to CTB in the evening today.

Knowing i'm about to die in a few hours does bring me a sort of comfort, along with the fear & anxiousness of my attempt failing.
I'm still remorseful that my family will have to find my body, but i guess i can't do anything to change that, as i have no other option left but to CTB in my room. This has been a long time coming for me, and losing the love of my life the way i did was the final straw. I really hope this works, i'm fucking exhausted and i can't take it anymore.

I don't know if i believe in heaven or hell.
But all i wish for is that after my death, my consciousness is allowed to watch over all the people i've ever loved.

I've loved being a part of SaSu, even if it was for a short time.
To anyone here that has personally reached out to me, thank you for so much for doing so.
It was nice talking to you.

I wish you guys the best in whatever you choose.
And i hope life is much more kinder to you.

I don't know your story but I think 19 years old is a bit too soon to lose all hope. You sound articulated and you were intelligent enough to put together an exit bag. It is too difficult for me, I don't know where to start with.
I'm not trying to talk you out of it, because I don't know the exact pain you're going through, but I'm just afraid you don't have the support you need to keep going through and get better. You're just beginning to live.

Hey, I know you might not see this but I think you should give life another chance, I was heavily suicidal from the age of 8 until I was around 19, when I was 18 I started talking anti depressints and now I'm so much better, not completely fine but better, it took me years but life gets better and it's worth it, you're young and you've got plenty to look forward to, you've only got one chance in life so don't snuff it out so early
