Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Would (theoretically) letting myself fall backwards enhance the chance of death? From a 15 story building, or would it lessen the chance? I don't plan to step off because I assume that would make me land on my feet
My idea is that if I fall backwards gravity will pull my head down rather than my legs, but am not sure, and want to avoid survival as much as possible

Makes sense to me. If it were possible to practice on something soft, I'd do that to help reduce SI.

How could I practice it if the fall is 15 stories? I'm not sure how I'd try to figure out if I'm falling the right way, but also, as for survival instinct I have it figured out, I'm mostly hoping I minimize the possible "damage" and maximize the lethality of the method

you can't really practice the 15 floors part without a bungee cord lol, but you could practice the falling back motion on to a soft surface. It would make it easier when the time comes.

Highly recommend anxiety meds for this.
