It doesn't take weapons to be seen as dangerous, some times even to breathe is taken as an offense.Maybe because they are allied with countries that are armed to the teeth. (I'm guessing...) Isn't that how smaller counties defend themselves? They become allied with lots of bigger countries who promise to get involved if they get invaded.
Good point, maybe we should just give up and join the other side.
