Method Exit bags folks, how to make one

Anyone, who has faintest idea how to make an exit bag? If you have, I request you to guide me through it, also I'm from a third world country(India), so eBay is not an option. Please tell me how tf should I make a exit bag.

Also which would be better?
Helium or Nitrogen? As I watched a video where a person who was executed in US by Nitrogen asphyxiation was said to have in extreme pain, as the observer of that execution told. So how please verify which one to go, although Helium is quite costly in here.

Also, how to control the flow of gas inside the plastic bag, like which gas regulator to use? What should be the rate of flow gas inside the plastic bag?

Can I use a scuba driver mask or should I go with the plastic bag for my departure?

I believe its author TiredHorse remained on the thread up until about page 27 or so. I was wondering this same thing the other day.
As in,is it really worthwhile reading every single exit b mega-thread page or stick to just the first few and maybe also do a search for (for eg.) 'EEBD' if that's your specific method(you could then read a few pages before and after each 'EEBD' search just to make sure you read everything, if that makes sense.
