Lately, I feel like everything I'm doing is completely pointless, after all, I plan to end my life soon. Yet, I still feel a weight holding me back from simply walking away from it all and living the little time I have left the way I want, dropping my studies and work just to live out my remaining time. It all seems so futile, every effort feels so souless, does anyone else feel, or has anyone ever felt, this way?

I'm on that boat right now; mostly when I am excited or motivated to reach certain goals there is some push back or it upsets them. I can't do anything right. I take the time and effort and meditate on decisions to make the best choice for the best possible outcome and some curve ball comes to just put me back in my place that what I do or what my efforts are… are just useless meaningless and worthless. Leading me to believe I am just those things too.
I'm on a thin line wanting to end things but I have so many responsibilities that I can't… I want to be selfish. I'm sorry you're going through these times. Something is holding us back here I am trying to pay attention to what that something is.

It's like a never ending cycle, it always ends up delaying everything up, like: motivation->false hopes->something goes wrong again->hopeless->back to motivated, and it never just end

It's so draining… so exhausting… I have 4 jobs and for the most part my mind gets busy and I don't think but when I get home or am walking to and from… I feel constantly tired. I want it to end. Like, I think is this really how a life is suppose to be spent ? Surely not…

It bothers me so much and makes me so indignant, because it feels like we're never living life the way it's meant to be lived, working just so you don't die sick, homeless, or starving until you eventually get old and can't work anymore, and then you die, having spent 70% of your life suffering, working, and losing your mind.

I've felt the same for years. It's hell.

I do admit the hopeless feeling has made me put less effort into things.

Have you ever felt so hopeless that you just ended up feeling depressed, waiting for things to sort themselves out on their own, even though you knew they wouldn't?
I've felt the same for years. It's hell.
This is genuinely starting to make me sick, I can feel it.
