Anxious mess

I've been doing some soul-searching lately and realized that my suicidal thoughts are almost entirely related to having social responsibilities.
What really worries me is having to work to create wealth, having strict deadlines, administrative obligations, and forced interactions with others.
I know it's impossible to live completely outside of society like a hermit, unless you're very rich and/or very resourceful, which I'm not. I'll never be able to no longer depend on medicine, for example.
I'd still like your opinions. Do you think that escaping adult responsibilities would ease the suffering or, on the contrary, aggravate it?
Do you have any tips for making adult life less horrible?
