Discussion Envious of friends suicide

This isint something I like to talk about but recently I've been thinking about it and I've felt sort of envious?

I definitely didn't know as much about her as i thought I did. I've talked to some people about her method and how mental it was, the SI part and the likelihood of it happening because yeah its unlikely. I'm pissed because I could do the same but my SI wouldn't let me. I don't know if anyone here has been in a similar situation but if anyone has do you feel the same way? Obviously I'm upset about it but also envious which makes me feel disgusting

I hate admitting it because it makes me feel like a horrible person, but I am aways envious when I hear someone I know (or even celebs) has completed suicide. I am happy for them since they were successful and are now free of suffering, but just SO envious it wasn't me. I wish I didn't feel that way, but it is the truth.

I can understand that. I always thought suicide packs were juvenile but it actually sounds nice. Having someone there as support and vice versa.

I feel envious when someone here "successfully" suicides without pain with a method that I am able to. I feel especially envious in the fact that the fear of failure did not stop them.
