Method Empty bag over head?

If I put an empty garbage bag on my head and tie it tight will I be able to get the job done?

While I warn against using this method (very much panic inducing), you'd need a bit more setup than that.
You'd need to find a way to restrain your hands to prevent you from tearing at the bag, and you'd need a much stronger way to keep it closed because the built in tie will probably not be enough.

I wish there was an easy way out without having to use tor or buy fancy equipment.

I do too. Unfortunately, nothing is that simple in life, especially when you're trying to end it :/
I do believe you could find all the stuff required for this method at the store (Trash bag + zip ties?) but I think it would be far too panic inducing to be humane.
