Little bundles of futile hope we are

I came across this article and decided to share it since I did not see it here . What makes the story unique is that she was actually healthy and active at 90 but couldn't take the isolation of another lockdown. I'm impressed that she made this decision on her own and at her advanced age. This happened in Canada via their MAiD program. I'm surprised that they approved it actually and just wanted to see what our diverse collective thinks as well.Personally I feel sympathy for her but I'm glad she's free now.

That this woman able to have her friends and family at the end was nice.
So many people don't get that. I wish i had access to that here as a choice and
without idiotic primitive restriction.

The earth didn't split open.
The gates of heck didn't open.
She passed on as per her wish, respected.
Thank you for the article.
