Venting Eating makes me feel weird

i noticed my loss of appetite lately. Its like im too tired to eat, and everytime i do, it feels like im gonna throw up.

I just finished eating, and in the middle of it, i threw it away because i felt like throwing up and my hunger went away.

As i write this, im gonna trying to resist the urge to throw up. I dont feel hungry anymore even if i starve myself, since I dont even feel like eating.

Sometimes, i feel guilty eating because I feel like i dont deserve to. Like, im not good enough to even eat because i feel like it'll always be a waste when someone gives me food.

Went through it multiple times. Total loss of appetite to the point of actually being sick thinking about eating.
Only thing I would recommend is, try to eat no matter what. Even a small amounts of whatever food you have available is enough. Otherwise you'll fuck up your digestive system which will make things even worse. And no, it doesn't make CTB easier. It just makes things worse.

I've lost my appetite almost entirely. I wonder if this is some evolved suicide method from eons ago. The tribe leaves you behind and you just curl up in a cave and starve. I can't stand thirst, so I wouldn't VSED but I seem to be stopping the E whether I like it or not.
