Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So, easiest or with the least amount of pain? Because these two are mutually exclusive, unless you're a doctor with a gabinet full of different drugs right in front of you. But you wouldn't be asking the question then.
At least do a basic research, because it won't be like we say what you should do and then you do it.
Also we don't know what you have available, your psychological desposition for certain methods, etc.

Being honest, ALL methods of ctb will be at least a little painful. Pain is the currency of this evil life. That's the price it will ask to let you leave. There are QUICK methods. However, if the pain frightens you, then you may want to slow down and re-evaluate such a drastic measure.

Not trying to talk you out but just being honest with answering your question. Good luck with whatever you choose.

I'd advise against rushing to any method. Using a rope to hang urself can be reliable. But you have to do your research first. Making sure that you execute the method correctly is no. 1 priority. Wouldn't want to fail and be left in an even worst situation.

I'm kinda in the same situation. I have a rope and read about thickness and it shouldn't matter that much, but still wondering if it's too thick. Just fear of failure I guess.

You choose the viable method that you dislike the idea of the least, that's pretty much how this works.

Least pain seems to be the exit bag method. However takes time to acquire the resources. Also doesn't seem that easy.

Try tying it to a place where its secure but you can stand on two legs and then just try walking the opposite direction, youll know it works if your vision is blurring and you hear the sound of yourself breathing with no oxygen, then just step back and put your fingers inbetween your neck and the rope to loosen it (note this does like fuck your brain a bit due to oxygen loss but it should be fine enough, only do this if you are REALLY curious)
