As my title suggests. It appears very difficult to do this. I hear of people purchasing death kits from the Ukraine but what do people use to achieve CBT without a prescription?

An ordinary overdose of paracetamol or Co-codamol seems painful and risky.

Using razors is messy as is any sort of death by trauma.

It truly is far too unnecessarily difficult to die which is why I certainly envy those who managed to succeed in ending their own existence, to me they are certainly very fortunate. I really wish there are straightforward, painless ways to die that are accessible, I wish I had access to a guaranteed suicide pill or peaceful poison.

If I do it, it will likely be via train, I know how to access tracks where there's fast trains and I'll make sure my skull is the first thing that gets hit.

You can purchase SN, from what I have read on SS so far, I see that it's quite succesfull if done properly, however there are more methods, I would recommend also to read the link from what another user posted above in the comments
