THE STORY: A trans women named Dylan Mulvaney was put on a bud light beer can for a basketball tournament .She promoted the company on instagram . People boycotted that brand en-masse . It is unclear whether it has hit their bottom line but the market executive behind this move has been placed on a "leave of absence" .

OPINION:
This lady hasn't done any harm to anyone and should be able to enter any occupation she wants without prejudice . A typical conservative response is "we don't like the trans-agenda behind the move". They are usually referring to the pronouns debate . Except a) Transgender is not an ideology , they are born that way and can't help it. That's how it should be looked at. b) Even if the company is trying to profit off the recent trans-movement , a change of couple of pronouns shouldn't be made into such a big deal. Ironically conservatives in recent years are the biggest victims of cancel culture (Gina Carano, Trump, Hunter biden story etc) but that didn't stop them from cancelling someone else.

These are my thoughts. What is your take on this ?
