It is the Rolls Royce of methods but in the USA there is a careful check system for anything like that, especially since those are not even prescribed at all any more. The last I heard that drug, called Seconal, is not being manufactured any more.

Is this an effective way to die?

Some people are less tolerant to drugs so when they take too many they are able to succeed. Im sure that dose wouldn't be lethal to me. I've tried it with sedatives a few times.

how did someone thought it was plausible for an individual to get 200 pills of that?

i can't barely get sleeping pills with actual prescriptions

I was able to store 300 Zoplicone once. Took me months to save it but I did.
