Dying process of SN

Day 1	Medication and Dose
08:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
16:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
24:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
Day 2	Medication and Dose
08:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
16:00hrs	1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
23:00hrs	600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any painkiller as long as you stay within the recommended dose
23:15hrs	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)
23:30hrs	Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.
24:00hrs	SN drink

I plan to follow this and take 10mg of Ativan before I take my SN drink (22.5g) that I dilute w a small amount of water.

what is the dying process like? and is this okay? how much water should i dilute it with? is there anything else I should know or do

It feels like forever so it's best to have something to distract your mind after you drink it. This is the recommended way to take snso it's a good way to go.

I diluted until water covered the sn and I mixed well , the solution should look white .

Possibly, you could end up ruffying yourself instead. 10mg if you have no tolerance is a hell of a dose

The anti-acid I think would lead to slower passing out. In one of the sn bibles, it says that stomach acid converts a little to nitric oxide, and that the nitric oxide will make you pass out far faster than just from losing oxygen. So by taking antiacid, you may be conscious for longer.

There's a few videos of people here catching the bus. From SN it appears we'd be unconscious before dying. Definitely would recommend some Ativan.

I have BPD and can't form a normal relationship w anyone. i've also been depressed for years now and generally hate my life..i'll prob make a post abt it before i ctb just for myself but generally that's why

Have you done the Marsha Linehan group DBT training course, which is like the only thing at all shown to help people with BPD?

Dbt or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

This is also very different than just talking with a therapist who diagnoses someone as BPD

I'm pro-choice, but many BPD people who seemed incurable took Masha Linehan DBT courses and stopped feeling so bad.

I'm not really interested in that, sorry.
I don't think that I want it to be fixed because I think it makes me who / what I am, even if the idea of me is extremely mentally ill / messed up / broken, and I'm way too tired to fix anything about myself now lol.

Well, DBT doesn't fix borderline people. They are still borderline, they just learn how to manage their emotional intensity better. It's not like talk therapy, it's done in a group and involves 4 modules to help with different issues BPD people have. At least duckduckgo it before any attempt. It's shown to really work for borderline people.
