I was desperate enough to try and overdose on table salt; ended up vomiting after 2-3 sips of it diluted in water. Don't try it :( I know this might be idiotic but I've been trying to hang myself for half an hour and I can't get myself to do it, so I just wanted to try anything at all. Please don't laugh at me <\3

honestly i've been struggling with hanging (been trying to practice partial because full suspension scares me) too so i've been thinking about doing other methods. i've thought about how people died from salt poisoning just from table salt, but i'm really sorry that it just made you throw up instead :(

you arent alone. a psychiatrist made my parents hide the table salt when I was a kid because i tried to od on it in secret. sometimes we get desperate, especially when SI is so strong
like sadman said, take the night off and get some rest. there is always time
