DSL inactive??

I ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and i still haven't recieved a tracking number. does anyone know if DSL is even active/sending parcels anymore? it feels like a scarily long time. i wondered about issues at customs but didn't think he wouldn't send it?

if anyone has any updates plz let me know :((

I can't speak for other countries but I think it's definitely compromised in the UK

In the other threads, a user has claimed that he is only sending a few parcels out at a time due to them all getting stuck in UK customs regardless of whether they were for UK customers or not.

my first order that I paid for on April 9 was shipped April 11 and sadly lost within the U* postal system. I ordered and paid for a new one on Friday of last week. I just checked in with him today and he told me it would be sent shortly. he is still active and his company is working. he is trying to make everything run as smoothly as possible. that long of a wait to be sent out is very challenging. he will send it, however waiting is hard.

I placed my Order on May 4th, got my tracking info the next day, and it made to Poland today. I don't know if it will end up making it to me, but he is active at least. If you're concerned you could always ask him for more info on his Whatsapp.
