Method Doorknob as an Anchor for fsh ?

I doubt that it will be strong enough for the amount of time that you will need to hang for. However I am unsure of the sturdiness of your doorknob.
Also, are you sure that your door is good enough? You could try hanging from it by your hands to test it.

I cant see why full would be ineffective. Its one of the most reliable method.

So, if you are okay to get strangulated, it could be a good option, i don't have the courage to get strangulated where I'm gasping for breath
