Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's a problem with your regional firmware which applies the UK laws to it. Samsung phones have CSC files which have 3 ID letters. For example my recently purchased Samsung Z Fold 5 from a thrift store had the PLS CSC on it which stands for polish cellular provider PLUS GSM and it included the bloatware from the provider like checking your contract info, some shitty ebook rental app, their own navigation app and so on. Now after I factory reset the phone and re-flashed the EU international firmware with the CSC ID EUX, I have normal samsung boot animation and standard pre-installed samsung apps without the cellular provider apps. If you buy a phone from a big stores like Amazon, you can always expect to get the international firmware with the CSC code EUX or EUY.
You can change the CSC by reflashing the firmware without doing the OEM Unlock, bootloader unlock or factory reset the phone (if you choose the HOME_CSC_EUX_xxxxx firmware file instead of the CSC_EUX_xxxxxxx file your data and settings won't be deleted) but it's kinda complicated and I needed to watch ten tutorials on YouTube to learn how to flash firmware on Samsung.

how evil! >:( and I thought "normal" updates were already bad enough! :/// I'm so sorry you had to deal with living in a place that restricts your internet freedom like that~ :( I hope they find a way to reverse these awful laws~ >_<
