Doing something great before dying ?

Are you planning to do something great before CTBing ? For example if you're an artist : making a great painting or sculpture ? Or giving your money to poor people if you have money ?
This question bothers me because I want to do something good before I leave this world. Probably not because of my ego, but I don't know, it's something I have in my mind since weeks.
I'm not a bad person but I'd like to do something great for others. As I'm disabled, I cannot travel or something like that, and I don't care with material things. I think it is because I believe in afterlife and karma and I want to "clean my soul" before committing a sin.
I'm sorry if it's a silly question because I know that most of you are so tired and sick and you just want peace and don't give a shit with afterlife / karma things.
For several reasons, I didn't have the chance to experience love in this life. I'm 43 male and still virgin so I'll die a virgin but I don't really care anymore. It's too late. Things got too bad the 3 last years. It will be my biggest regret, but it was my destiny. A miracle can still happen, but I'm realistic, my brain and my body are too sick.
Now I just hope that NDE stories are real. If I can reach unconditional love in paradise, it will be ok for me.

Uhh nope and yes. If I have the chance then sure but I'd doubt I'd be able to do a good thing prior to taking my life. It'll feel good for sure but when you plan to take your life it already gets overwhelming adding things onto it will make me feel more anxious. I forget a lot of things. Last time I attempted I got too cold and tired I was making an hour long walk to a bridge to throw myself off after cutting my artery. So I sat on a random bench cuz I got anxious of making the walk and took a bunch of ibuprofen pills and tylenol but couldnt go thru with the cutting. If I hadnt called 911 honestly the cold wouldve killed me lol my hand holding the knife froze onto the seat since the bench was out of metal it was even colder. Like - degrees not sure exactly what it was tho.

I try to do good things for others. I don't have many resources, but I do what I can. It's not something grand, but it's some small things. Showing care or kindness, helping with something, supporting with words or money, if I have the opportunity.
I don't believe in an afterlife, but I like to feel like I'm putting a brick in someone's foundation. Even if it's a small brick, it's never too much :)
My method is ready, and I need to finish my tasks before I leave. And while I'm here, I like to make other people's lives a little easier. As for love, it's a big question whether it's better to be loved and devoted or not to be loved at all. And sex can always be bought, no matter how many restrictions the government puts in place.

Many thanks for your kind words I wish you a miracle too, or at least a peaceful ending. I've disappeared from people and society 4 years ago when I got ill and lost my work. I call it a "social suicide" because I don't want to see people. So I consider myself as already dead as I live like a hermit since. In fact, it makes things easier to ctb. I believe in fate. We'll see what happen in the future. Anyway, everybody must die one day. And as Donny Hathaway sung, "Someday, we'll all be free" (the poor man commited suicide by jumping - very young and talentend man). He did something great before dying...

I think I would just enjoy a normal, modest day. Free of any burdens.
Of course I sometimes think of sailing deep into the ocean or climbing a mountain but I believe there's beauty and value in simple things.

It's poetic.

I imagine waking up, going for a swim and having a nice hot shower after. Shaving. Enjoying a nice brunch, sth with avocado and salmon. A cup of coffee. Going for a walk, taking a nap. Then maybe going to play some paddle and to the theater after. Having dinner early at some tavern… And dying in my sleep. Maybe it's not that modest of a day.
