About 20-30 mins remaining. I took all my medicines - 2 mg Xanax (4x0.5mg), 600 mg Ibuprofen, 4x10mg meto & 2x20mg famotidine.

Prepared three drinks 25 mg SN in 70 grams of water. Tasted it with the tip of my tongue, saltyness is just ok, don't know why people complain so much.

I am ready. Need to gather my thoughts now

25 g right, not 25 mg! It should be pretty salty!

Just drank it. Feeling good. Yes it's bit salty but ok. I guess in 50 ml would be saltier but still good.
Small piece of dark chocolate fixed it all.
My face got warmer and slightly faster heartbeat. No backthroat burning or heartburn.

Hi Martin, we share a similar history. I too went thru severe abuse & trauma till I was 18, Im now 40 and have been working towards my exit strategy for a little over a year now, Ill be gone in afew weeks. I agree with your assessment of society when it comes to those who are victims of abuse & for many of us we are scarred for life in a way that no current treatment can cure. So, self-deliverance is a right that we have and I support your right to use it. May your exit be safe, peaceful & may you find the relief you deserve.
