The thing is even when i am found and the brain is alive they can't do much you die anyway

I'm assuming he'll be the one finding you? And he probably still has to live there (or move, because I wouldn't want to stay in the place someone I knew died in) after you die? I'd be fucking pissed if my roommate did that to me. Unless he's a total dick or you have absolutely no other option, i'd go somewhere else.

same thing with someone finding your corpse.

possibilities are limited if you can't travel, I'd just get the hell out of civilisation and hopefully get eaten by hungry animals or zombies or cannibalists who don't care. Dying from respiratory depression just gives you some blue locations on your fingers, lips etc. and your blood colour should turn brownish-red. so it's not like you're bleeding out, completely lacerated, and even finding you in an unexpected moment wouldn't be too traumatizing I'd say, door will also be closed, there are possibilites to warn them. Someone here posted that little hotels can't afford costs to renew the room so it's a loss for them too (if they don't use it anymore), wanted to quote that in that context bc of the hotel suggestions
