Does warmer weather make anyone else more depressed?

I'm depressed every day of the year since late 2019. The warm weather is the hardest

Depressed? No. Miserable? Fuck, yes.

I don't tolerate heat well. Even ~20C/70F is too hot for me. Last Summer, it got up to ~45C/115F several times. It got so bad I had to go to the hospital twice to be treated for heat exhaustion.

It makes me feel miserable, I have had to suffer high temperatures in my hometown when there was no electricity for somewhat long periods
