Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For some reason, beaches trigger my suicidal ideation nearly more than anything else and I have zero clue why. If I had to guess, maybe it's because the horizon is a very existential-looking thing, where you can see the ocean and sky meeting together, other than that, I have no clue why I get so awfully affected by them lol. There're other places too, like the address of my old house that I grew up in with my parents before they divorced, being able to see that house makes me upset whenever I go past it, but I think the reasoning is pretty obvious.

Mine isn't really a place but it kind of is?? There's a very specific drawer in a dresser at my parents' house that I absolutely refuse to open. There's nothing in there, but when I was still a teenager my narcissistic dad got so angry at me over something stupid that he broke several of my things in a rage and shoved them in that drawer to pretend like he didn't do it. I'm always scared to open it and see everything shattered and destroyed. It brings up a bunch of horrible memories because that incident was part of a whole period in my life where he was just absolutely hateful and vile to me because he felt like it.
