Does SN really work, or is it a failed attempt once you vomit?

I think you have to take medication that stops you from vomiting, and then slowly drink the sn

You may risk traumatizing someone if they happen to find you, which is why some people recommend that you do it in a secluded space, but it's up to the person. Hey, don't worry about it, I was there not even two weeks ago! When you press on forums, specifically the "Suicide Discussion"' one we are on right now, it's a chain of threads all at the very top. When you scroll down you will see the sticky threads pinned by staff of the site, and after that is the regular threads posted by us. The one I was specifically referring to is under the very last one, titled compliation -> you won't miss it.
