What do you do to cope with suicidal thoughts
nothing to be honest maybe a lil bit of nicotine actually. depending on situations i do tend to smoke more so maybe.

but for the rest its just willpower. i probally will breakdown soonish tho

I don't smoke, but still love weed (edibles, sodas), helps me get through the extra horrific days. Personally really enjoy doing poppers when I'm high as well.

I keep trying to get my hands on psychedelics but got no clue where to find these things; don't have the social media or networking skills, lots of the events you can go to only advertise on Instagram or something, which I will not be rejoining ever.

Oh yeah, I live where it's legal, we've got THC and CBD drinks at the grocery store, and dispensaries every few blocks pretty much.
Drinking too many when not feeling well isn't a problem?

My uncle had too much once and he turned into a vegetable but yeah he's not dead
Too much weed? That's crazy, never heard of something like that.

There's a lot of misinformation out there about weed in places it's not legal, but weed isn't really dangerous or harmful. Alcohol is VERY dangerous and harmful, and that's legal everywhere--you can OD on alcohol, I got close myself once, had to be called a ride by security, not sure how I even got into my apartment, but woke up in vomit and bruises, and vomit by my door and on my shoes and clothes.. and just like everywhere it felt like.

I don't suggest greening out, some people get paranoid or exasperate existent mental health issues, but never heard of someone becoming disabled from too much weed.

I smoked most of my life. But when I quit some 10 years ago (I used Tabex to finally quit).I found that it actually wasn't a crutch at all. Actually quite the opposite, I can manage stress better without smoking. But I do still drink. I know that's very unhealthy too, but alcohol is a crutch for me.

It does, because it inhibits fear and makes me feel better. Smoking on the other hand is purely addictive without any kind of high. I found that smoking has a tendency to prolong stress for me.

Really? Smoking has helped me but I'm still new to all of this because I'm young so I don't know

There's nothing like those couple of moments when I'm able to actually find tobacco and smoke it. The deep and harsh lung hit from unfiltered hand rolls using the tissue paper that covers our toilet paper rolls. For those couple minutes everything is quiet in my head. Too expensive here now to smoke but I used to be able to look forward to 10 cigarettes a week and it was nice.

I use nicotine to satisfy my addiction. It isn't helping me cope with anything.

I use cannabis to help with pain, anxiety, insomnia, depression. This helps me cope, but doesn't really solve anything.

If we talk about nicotine it helps me feel better and think less for short time. Weed can work differently on me depending on my mood. Most often I feel funnier after it and I wanna just laugh and eat but sometimes I feel that my negative thoughts are even stronger than normal and I feel more depressed

nicotine; idk it used to. just feels like another thing on the long list of copes i exhausted. the happiest ive been in my life without being high was just sneaking out of my parents house when i was younger to go on walks and smoke in the cold. now i feel like its a bother, im never truly alone in the city, and i get sick too often for it to be worth it, and while i don't smoke often, i've never gotten the buzz back,

weed; i think i have overcome the paranoia by just ensuring i have sweets to combat dry mouth. besides that i used to just overdo it and i think i have stupid psychotic genes or old parent genes. i just don;t see the point anymore either, i'm forgetful, slow, and paranoid enough as is.

i think with anything i enjoy listening to music and being alone the most and music is half intolerable to me these days but it used to be nice copes.
