Help Does MDMA ruin anything in the SN method?

I've heard MDMA strongly helps overcome SI so in a case where I would ctb by SN I would try to use it to get over the fear of drinking the SN. Are there any downsides to this/Does the MDMA effect how the SN works in your body in any way?

I doubt anyone would want to CTB on MDMA. It induces a very comfortable/relaxed state and CTB is probably the last thing you will want to do.

I'm referring to this https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/you-should-care-more-about-inhibiting-si.250183/ thread, explicitly listing MDMA as a drug that very strongly inhibits SI. I'm just trying to figure out if the MDMA would interfere with the SN in your body.

just a wild guess but MDMA releases serotonin and the 5-HT3 receptor is associated with nausea (ondansetron works by blocking said receptor) so you might be more likely to vomit

benzos kill your SI in my experience (I've tried 2 times with benzos beforehand and was able to swallow something I would never be able to swallow otherwise)

Thanks. So your suggestion would just be to stick to the benzos and not try using MDMA as an inhibitor as well? If so, what dose would you be aiming for?

I personally used 7mg of lorazepam but it really depends on your tolerance and also how much you can tolerate without falling asleep

Tysm. I think personally I might go with 3.5-4mg since I have nearly no tolerance and am worried I'd just black out and not ctb at all
