If it's high enough, it would be a split second at most you would feel it for. So quick it would likely be imperceptible.

i was once hit by a car and sent to the hospital. I didnt even realize i was hit until after i was in the ambulance halfway to the hospital. i assume if the fall is high enough then you should go unconscious on impact and feel nothing.

the only problem you would face is the feeling during the fall

No pain on impact and you go unconscious straight away. But be mindful the probability you survive, you will be in AGONY in hospital and potentially for the rest of your life. Make sure you do your own research. I would advise against it because the mortality rate is low, and consequences compared to other methods are high. Lifelong injuries/disability/locked in syndrome/paralysis etc.

If it's high enough, you shouldn't feel anything. What kills you isn't your external injuries, it's the G-force. The sudden change in pressure when you hit the ground essentially rips your brain matter apart.

It's the same principle as a gunshot to the head, where a high-pressure sonic wave from the bullet causes a sudden change in intracranial pressure, liquefying your brain inside your skull and rendering you unconscious (see: dead) faster than you can interpret pain signals from your nerves.

That said, nobody who's currently alive knows how painful it is to die, and I put a lot of emphasis on the words "if it's high enough". We're talking 20+ storeys. I'm aiming for terminal velocity myself. Not an easy feat but I'm gonna do this right if it kills me.

that shows me that a gunshot even more so you don't feel pain because a bullet is travelling much faster than a falling body from jumping. in both cases you go unconscious. well i'm talking mainly a high velociity rifle shotgun or powerful handgun like a 357 magnum hollow point where you hit in the middle of the head by the brain or brain stem.

You'll find Horace right below. I know this joke is quite silly, but I couldn't help but associate it with your profile picture. The background is clearly Smouldering Lake.
