Im not sure , you are sub conscious most of the time until you lose actual conscious, i think after a minute if done right you are then accelerated to sub conscious in which you cant control yourself and the body ( arms ) all shake and scratch the rope because of survival instinct , after a few minutes you are actually unconsciousSimilar threads
