• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have no idea. It can't hurt for very long though if you do it right.

By most reports it is painless, but it is important to shoot yourself in the right place (through the mouth with slight upward angle so the round hits the brainstem) don't shoot up through your chin, that's how most people miss and end up blowing off part of their jaw and/or face.

You can google "Giz explains what happens when you get shot in the head" since I don't know if we are allowed to post links and it has a detailed description of the mechanics and why it is painless.

If you do it incorrectly and fail, then yes, you would be in a lot of pain and potentially survive with serious and debilitating injuries. However, like others have said, if done correctly then death would be pretty much guaranteed, instantaneous and painless (you wouldn't even feel anything or hear the gunshot go off as you'll be dead so quickly that you wouldn't be able to process it).

The brain has no pain receptors so no. However, what surrounds it does so you better know where you're aiming at exactly.
