Does it comfort you knowing we all die at one point?

Absolutely, yes. The thought of an afterlife or living forever is horrifying to me. I didn't know life before I was born (or conceived, depending on your point of view) because I didn't exist. I want exactly the same after I die.
Awareness of mortality is my greatest comfort. I remind myself that it is not a question of what happens, but when and how. It's not like you get to choose not to die anyway.
Yes . It's not a matter of if you will die but how you die.
If I don't take advantage of the opportunity that I have now to suicide painlessly then later I'll die extremely painfully anyway .
The many anti-suide people tell me I'm stupid for wanting to suicide. I'm just avoiding any future pain and suffering that is sure to happen if I remain alive
