I don't often, but I feel like listening to it at all would be considered strange by most people lol. I am referring to music made by artists like Merzbow, The Rita, Masonna, Pharmakon and others (although Pharmakon isn't as strictly 'harsh noise' as the other artists I mentioned).
One of my favorite artists is uboa. She works with a lot of harsh noise mixed with dark ambient and industrial stuff.
Is your username referencing Lingua Ignota?

i don't rlly have anything that is strictly harsh noise but music with harsh noise elements iykwim. 'the drought' by puce mary but her older stuff is noisier. 'end position' by street sects. then also the older albums by einstürzende neubauten like 'kollaps', 'zeichnungen des patienten o.t.' and 'halber mensch', this isn't rlly harsh noise at all but its rlly good and influential noise music. and (considering ur username u probably already know of this) 'i have fought against it but can't any longer' & 'everything that dies some day comes back' by the body and uboa is v good fr ^^

Not pure harsh noise, but I do like a lot of bands with that harsh industrial noise edge, stuff like Young Swans, Lingua Ignota, clipping., Death Grips. Some of the noises they get on their music is pretty insane.
