Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I wake up every 2 hours every day for the past 2 years. I'm fucking done. The funny part is during these 2 hour periods I get intense dreams. Every single 2 hour period is a different dream. It's so fucking annoying
But before this rollercoaster
I pretty much am not getting sleep until I take something to sleep or I crash.
But I have found some things that help or did .
Trying to keep to a sleep routine.
Maybe that's a bit hypocritical since the last few days I definitely haven't
But it was helping when I was .
Music .
That's my lifeline.
But also there is music for helping you sleep.
And a lot of other things.
For grief and loss
To comfort at the end of life
Lofi music .
Obviously OTC sleep aid.
Although the side effects are frustrating me lately.
Manageable but very frustrating lately.
I'm at unrecommended levels of Melatonin and/ or Unisom some nights.
Well maybe how many different music options there are made it seem like there was more I've been trying until typing this out ?
Hopefully this helps someone.
If not well ....
at least you have a long night left to waste right ?
