Does anybody think that maybe the reason why they desire ctb is just people?

I have found myself making progress and feeling good at many moments during the last years, but people seems to be always the reason why I always end up without energy, frustrated and wanting to die... Despite all the problems I have and I have lots, I think maybe the real reason of my misery is just people. Nieghbours, workmates when i had a job, and just people in general make me fee really bad I dunno what to do about it...
